RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object if a result against you arises as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To exercise your rights specified above, you can personally deliver your petition with the necessary information to establish your identity at our company headquarters, send it through a notary public, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
